Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist

Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist Our private dental practice located in Katy/Cypress is seeking an energetic, motivated, outgoing individual to fill our Front Desk Receptionist position. The perfect person for this position will be positive and eager to help provide the highest level of service to our patients. Our office is striving to improve all aspects of the patient experience and we seek employees who embody and project that energy as well. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Calling and scheduling patients Answering calls Verify insurance Submit claims with appropriate attachments and narratives Generate and present patient treatment plans according to office standards Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans Schedule hygiene and recall Reviewing and reconciling deposits Communicating with patients as needed Accounts payable And other general administrative tasks

Requirements:

Professional and efficient communication skills Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Must be incredibly comfortable with internet research. Must have exceptional organizational skills
