Dental Office Receptionist Full-time

Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, managing patient records, and performing general administrative duties.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Dental Office Experience Familiar with PPO insurance, including generating and filing claims Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Open Dental Working knowledge of dental terminology Superior customer service skills Excellent interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Able to motivate and collaborate with a high-functioning team

Responsibilities:

Manages schedules to meet daily dentistry goals Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments as needed File insurance claims and track their progress Greet patients who enter the office in a professional and friendly manner Assist patients in filling out required forms Perform office duties such as document filing and data entry
