Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Receptionist / Billing Specialist for a busy healthcare facility in Lubbock, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive medical billing experience, strong QuickBooks knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Check in patients arriving for scheduled procedures Collect payments, copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances Manage medical billing functions accurately and efficiently Utilize QuickBooks for payment tracking and financial recordkeeping Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Accept and organize deliveries and incoming packages Verify patient information and maintain accurate records Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Assist with general front office administrative duties as needed Qualifications Extensive billing experience required Proficiency with QuickBooks required Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Professional appearance and demeanor Benefits Competitive pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Stable full-time schedule Opportunity to work with a respected healthcare provider Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals Apply Today!
