Job Description

Medical Receptionist - OB/GYN Office We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our busy OB/GYN office. This is a full-time permanent position for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced medical environment.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years recent work experience as a Medical Receptionist in a private practice or clinic High school diploma required OB/GYN experience preferred NextGen Office and/or EHR experience preferred
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting physicians with scheduling and insurance updates Checking patients in and out at the front desk Scheduling follow-up appointments Verifying patient financial responsibility and collecting payments Providing a professional and friendly experience for patients and vendors both in person and over the telephone Performing additional duties assigned by
Physicians and Office Manager Qualifications:
Strong administrative and customer service skills Professional communication and telephone etiquette Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a busy office setting
Schedule:
Monday through
Thursday:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Some overtime may be required.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
