Job Duties:

As a Front Desk Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Some overall job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Front desk scheduling and coordinating Collection of co-payments/deductibles within the clinic Verifying insurance benefits Patient Intake and data entry Patient interaction via phone and face to face Customer service Coordinating with various staff within our clinic to ensure patient requests are handled appropriately and timely. Bilingual - Spanish preferred
