Led by experienced sisters Dr. Tonya Christal and Dr. Danielle Powell, our practice offers comprehensive dental services across four convenient locations, emphasizing patient comfort, accessibility, and community relationships. Summary Join Lee Dental Centers as a Dental Receptionist in our Universal City location. As a Front Desk Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience that reflects our commitment to quality care and customer service. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using dental office software. Verify insurance information and process billing accurately. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Handle phone calls with excellent etiquette, providing clear information. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless patient care. Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Qualifications Proven experience as a front desk dental receptionist. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and office management software. Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with insurance verification, billing procedures, and HIPAA compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Friendly demeanor with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
