Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering top-notch service to our diverse clientele.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries effectively
  • Assist with patient registration and verify insurance information accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Translate documents and facilitate communication between English and Spanish-speaking individuals
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes promptly
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow within the clinic
  • Utilize Office Ally to update patient records and appointments
  • Send Referrals to
Specialists Skills:
  • Proficient in administrative tasks within a Medical
  • Familiarity with Office Ally or related office systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is advantageous
  • Experience working as a Medical Receptionist is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in an Primary Care environment
