THERE IS TRAVEL TO OUR SATELLITE OFFICES
involved. You must be bilingual and some medical office experience would be helpful. Responsibilities can include but not limited to: Checking in patients and have them sign necessary documents Confirm, schedule or reschedule appointments Respond to patient needs, requests, and complaints Collect & post payments from patients Keep patient and referring physician information up to date Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments Answer telephones travel to satellite office some occasional late hoursQualifications:
Previous experience in medical customer service, front desk service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with patients Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual Ability to work well with others Patience with the elderly and those needing additional assistance Reliability, punctuality and attendance Self-motivator and a quick learnerJob Type:
