JOB SUMMARY

Performs phone and front-office clerical duties. The applicant should be reliable and be able to communicate effectively in person and over the telephone with patients. Responsible for updating patient records as needed, scheduling, insurance verification and providing updates on referrals as needed. In addition, applicant will assist clinical providers while adhering to MedCare policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience, Knowledge/Understanding:

High school diploma 2 years of previous experience in a Medical Office
