VEIN AND ARTERY SURGICAL CONSULTANTS
(VASC) San Antonio, Texas Join Our Growing Vascular Specialty Team! Vein & Artery Surgical Consultants (VASC) is seeking a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Vascular Front Desk / Medical Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced medical office professional who enjoys working directly with patients while supporting both front office operations and clinical workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, bilingual in English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do Front Desk Responsibilities Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion Schedule appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions Verify patient demographics and insurance information Assist with patient check-in process Coordinate referrals and obtain medical records Medical Assistant duties as needed Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required High School Diploma or GED required Medical Assistant diploma Previous experience in a medical office, specialty clinic, surgical practice, or vascular setting preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with EMR systems and medical scheduling preferred Insurance verification and authorization experience a plus Valid Texas driver's license and self -coverage on automobile insurance Why Join VASC?
