Dental Receptionist

Are you a compassionate, energetic Dental Receptionist who loves working with children? We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our busy, fun pediatric dental practice in Sherman, Texas. Our team is committed to creating positive, stress-free dental experiences for every child. We provide gentle, high-quality care in a welcoming environment where both patients and parents feel comfortable and supported.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily appointment calendar Check patients in and out while ensuring accurate patient records Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork Collect payments and explain treatment estimates when needed Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office

Qualifications:

Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred Experience with dental practice management software is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable working with children and their families
