Job Description
We are looking for a team-oriented front desk receptionist willing to work in a fast pace environment. Qualifications are simple, all we look for is friendly, team player, quick and eager to learn. Must be flexible with hours, able to multitask and bilingual is a plus! As a team player, communication between staff is very important to our office. We are looking for a front desk receptionist that is willing to take on a full-time position. Experience would be great, but not necessary. Our office is always willing to train as long as you have the confidence. Office Hours Mondays 10AM-6PM Tuesdays 10AM-6PM Wednesday CLOSED Thursday 9AM-5PM Friday 9AM-5PM Saturday 9AM-4pm Sunday CLOSED Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service Able to check in/out patient is a quick and timely matter Answer phone calls, scan, fax, and reply to emails Verify Insurances Schedule appointments
