FRONT DESK PERSONNEL FOR CARDILOGY PRACTICE

As a Front Desk Agent , you will be the face of our facility to our patients and the community. You will be responsible for answering questions, answering phones, and other related activities. You will be an integral part of our facility's success by providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening
• Must be able to read, write, speak fluent English.
• Must maintain office equipment which includes set up and maintenance of office equipment.
• Must have at least two years of customer service experience in a doctor office in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least one year of experience in medical administrative experience in managing patient flows.
• Medical knowledge skills regarding patients' visits and procedures desired.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency throughout the day.
• Responsible for opening closing the facility for the day as well as assisting other departments with daily tasks.

Must have good knowledge of insurance companies, collections. eClinicals (EHR) experience is preferred. bilingual is a plus Only the candidates with experience in doctor's office should apply. Only local area candidates from Tomball, Willowbrook, Spring and Cypress area will be considered for interview and hiring. Bilingual is a plus.
