Our client is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team! Your expertise is needed and appreciated in this clinic. Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient flow throughout the clinic, including scheduling and confirming appointments, check-in/check-out, collecting co-pays, rooming patients, and taking vital signs Prepare and escort patients to exam rooms to ensure timely and efficient visits Work closely with providers to support daily clinical operations Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, or in person in a courteous and efficient manner Maintain front desk operations and ensure reception areas are clean and organized Assist providers with clinical tasks as requested Monitor, stock, and maintain medical and office supplies and equipment

Qualifications and Requirements:

One year of Medical Receptionist experience within a Physician's office/ clinic is required. Previous experience with using EMR software is required. Strong knowledge of insurance verification.
