Front Desk/Medical Receptionist - Psychiatry Clinic

Dream Revival Psychiatry is a growing behavioral health practice committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care through both in-person and telehealth services. We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team and support daily operations. Key Responsibilities Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally Respond to and manage patient emails and inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments using our EHR system Assist with patient intake, documentation, and follow-up communications Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Support insurance verification and billing processes as needed Assist with social media updates or light marketing-related administrative tasks Perform general office duties such as scanning, filing, and organizing digital and physical documents Requirements Must be able to work 40 hours per week Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Prior experience in a medical or behavioral health office preferred but not required
