The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer service mindset, ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. This role is essential in maintaining effective communication and providing assistance to both staff and clients. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately. Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support and addressing inquiries. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information. Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management of supplies and equipment. Provide support for scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Perform personal assistant duties as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve workflow processes. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in computer applications & systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous experience in front desk operations or as a personal assistant is advantageous.
Availability:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday Medical terminology and workings are preferred but not required.
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
