We are a friendly, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care in a welcoming environment. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service, and we're looking for a front office receptionist who shares those values.
Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Dental Front Office Receptionist plays a key role in creating a positive experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance information and process patient paperwork Collect payments and manage billing records Maintain a clean and organized front office area Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Previous dental or medical office experience Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with dental software is a plus Basic knowledge of insurance verification and billing Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude
