Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Office Receptionist to join our growing team! We are a fun, established family dental practice that takes pride in providing exceptional patient care in a positive and supportive environment. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working with a great team, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:
6:30 AM•2:30
PM Wednesday:
8:30 AM•5:30
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•12:00
PM Responsibilities Include:
Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments Greeting and checking in patients Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options Collecting patient payments and processing transactions Managing patient records and updating information Coordinating patient communications, recalls, and follow-ups Assisting with daily office operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
Qualifications:
Dental front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and want to be part of a practice that values its team members and patients, we encourage you to apply!
