Medical Receptionist

Active Health Chiropractic is seeking a professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented Receptionist to support daily front‑office operations in a patient‑centered chiropractic clinic. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, maintains a polished and welcoming presence, and is comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Patient Reception — Greet patients, manage check‑in/check‑out, and maintain a professional front‑desk environment Scheduling & Phone Management — Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow Administrative Support — Process payments, verify information, and assist with routine office tasks Record Accuracy — Maintain accurate patient information and follow established documentation procedures Office Organization — Ensure the reception area remains clean, orderly, and compliant with clinic standards Assist with basic social media tasks as assigned Qualifications Prior experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness office preferred Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a busy environment Professional communication and phone etiquette Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established procedures Insurance or front‑office medical experience is preferred Compensation $15•18 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
