We're known for making the process simple, comfortable, and stress-free for our patients. We're looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients—both in person and over the phone. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient questions with confidence and professionalism Schedule appointments and explain next steps clearly to patients Check patients in and out at the front desk Collect basic patient information and ensure forms are completed accurately Assist with payments, deposits, and general billing questions Maintain a calm, welcoming environment for patients who may be nervous Communicate with providers and team members to keep clinic flow smooth Handle general administrative and front-desk tasks as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking on the phone Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Able to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced clinic setting Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office systems Medical office or front desk experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person Why Work at Vasectomy Pro Supportive, close-knit team Opportunity to work in a specialized clinic that values efficiency and patient experience Training provided and room to grow within the company If you're personable, dependable, and enjoy helping people feel at ease, we'd love to hear from you.
