Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Office Associate to be the welcoming face of our Imaging Center. In this dynamic role, you will manage appointment, coordinate front desk operations, and ensure an exceptional experience for all patients. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our patients experience, creating a warm and inviting environment.   • Greet Patient's promptly with a friendly attitude, providing a positive first impression of the imaging center
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Answer phones and handle calls in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Act as liaison between imaging technologists and the patients waiting for exams, and relays messages regarding scanner status and other Clinic information
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Maintain supply of patient information sheets
  • Push patient imaging via electronic interfaces
  • Complete patient appointment confirmation calls and provide preparation instructions to patients
  • Enter and submit patient exam orders
  • Verify patient exam orders match exam schedules
  • Schedule referrals and ensures proper authorizations are obtained
  • Schedule walk-in patients
  • Process requests for image orders and CDs from both the referring physicians and patients
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of all current and potential referring physicians
  • Facilitate Release of Information (ROI) requests for patients, referring offices, other medical facilities, attorneys & insurance companies following Company guidelines Requirements
  • Bilingual skills to communicate effectively (English and Spanish)
  • Previous medical office experience
  • Medical terminology and office background
  • Proficient in using computer systems and typing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel This role is perfect for motivated professionals eager to make a difference through advanced medical imaging.

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
