Medical Receptionist Amatoria Wellness — 1244 North Main Street, Suite #101, Tooele, UT 84074 Monday•Friday | 8:00 AM•4:00
PM Pay:
Based on experience ($12.00•$18.00) At Amatoria Wellness , we believe in whole-person healing and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a warm, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of our clinical team. Learn more about what we do at•amatoriawellness.com What You'll Do Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communication Support daily clinic operations with accuracy and compassion Work closely with the provider and staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient-centered service What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Compassionate, team-oriented mindset Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn A calm, helpful attitude, even during busy times
