Join our friendly team at Loudoun Pediatric Dentistry as a Front Desk Coordinator in our pediatric dental office! We are dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children in a warm and welcoming environment, and we need your organizational skills and cheerful demeanor to help us achieve that.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly smile. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently. Handle patient check-ins and check-outs with accuracy. Process insurance claims and verify patient eligibility. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area. Assist in managing patient records and data entry. Communicate effectively with dental staff and patients. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in dental office administration are a plus. Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred. Flexibility to rotate between Leesburg and Ashburn office is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and a passion for working with children. Knowledge of insurance processing and billing is beneficial.
