Dental Front Desk/Billing Coordinator

Dental Front Desk and Billing Coordinator. We are seeking to fill an opening for a dental front desk position /billing coordinator for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with dental experience , ability to make decisions as well as exceptional communication skills. We would like a team player who is excited about their career in dental and will bring their enthusiasm and positive outlook to this office.

Requirements:

Two years minimum of dental experience is required. Knowledge of Dentrix. 3-4 days /week.

Essential Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming calls. Schedule patient appointments. Inform patients of financial treatment plan options. Move patients through appointments as scheduled to fill in cancellations and no shows. Bill dental insurance, post payments, and claim estimations. Oversee and track dental benefits, accounts receivable, outstanding balances and follow-up on claims to ensure timely payment. Hourly compensation (Based on experience).
