Scheduling Coordinator:

We are seeking to fill an immediate opening for a full time dental front desk position. We are looking for someone with dental experience, the ability to make decisions as well as exceptional communication skills. We would like a team player who is excited about their career in dental and will bring their enthusiasm and positive outlook to this office.

Requirements:

Two years minimum of dental experience is required. Knowledge of Dentrix.

Essential Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Register new patients according to established office protocols. Getting insurance breakdowns and presenting patients with treatment plans and financial treatment plan options. Answer and manage incoming calls. Move patients through appointments as scheduled to fill in cancellations and no-shows.

Salary:

Hourly compensation (Based on experience). Holiday& sick leave. Vacation pay. 401 K with employer match. Annual bonus. DIscretionary profit sharing. Pension plan.
