Candidate will provide front office services and assist with patient correspondence while delivering a professional and friendly attitude. The right person for our team will: Have strong administrative skills. Have excellent communication skills with patients and the rest of our team. Have the desire to learn and grow within their role. Have a great attitude Job duties include, but are not limited: Present treatment plans and make financial arrangements. Have the ability to work with the insurance carrier to solve any coverage or financial issues. Manage the treatment/office schedule. Confirm all appointments. Manage and track pending unscheduled treatment. Assist in scheduling future visits. Oversee patient scheduling, and manage collections. Follow up on appointment requests. Communicate efficiently and effectively with team, patients, and doctor.

Skills Preferred:

Prior dental experience is strongly preferred. Understanding of dental terminology Experience with Dentrix is preferred. Understanding HIPAA guidelines.
