With our expansion into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, we're looking for a motivated and dependable Patient Coordinator to join our front desk team. Position Overview The Patient Coordinator is the first impression of our practice and plays a critical role in keeping our schedule productive and our patients cared for. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a warm, professional presence. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude Answer phones and manage patient scheduling efficiently Maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules Verify insurance and communicate benefits clearly to patients Collect payments and review treatment costs Assist with treatment plan presentation and case acceptance Manage patient follow-ups, confirmations, and reactivation Support front office operations and assist team members as needed Help maintain a smooth, organized flow throughout the day Strong experience with PPO insurance verification and treatment planning What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in busy or stressful situations Highly organized and detail-oriented Team player with a positive attitude Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced workflow Reliable and punctual Requirements (Must Have) Minimum 1+ year of dental front desk experience Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing basics Experience with scheduling and managing a productive dental schedule Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Experience with Curve Hero (or similar dental software) Strong case presentation skills Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding practice Supportive team environment Employee discounts on dental and esthetic services Why Join Us?
