Job Description

Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team part time (3 days/week). This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. Bilingual skills are a plus, as well as experience in medical or dental reception, administrative support, or office management. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain a professional appearance of the front desk area and ensure cleanliness and organization Utilize computer literacy skills to support various clerical tasks including typing, document preparation, and email correspondence Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills to ensure positive interactions with clients Requirements Proven experience in clerical work or administrative roles; experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; professional phone etiquette is essential Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools is highly desirable This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our team while developing your administrative expertise in a dynamic environment. Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
