Job Description

Job Summary Open positions for organized and friendly Bilingual Spanish Speaking Medical Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Salary is based on experience and knowledge. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and experience in medical scheduling or medical administrative support. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic medical records systems such as Athenahealth. Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including insurance verification and processing patient forms and collecting copayments. Handle front desk operations efficiently, including managing office supplies and maintaining a clean workspace. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication. Skills Proficiency in medical scheduling and administrative support within a healthcare setting. Strong front desk management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency and experience with electronic health record systems like Athenahealth. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
