Job Description

Job Summary We are urgently seeking a dedicated and energetic Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This vital role involves providing exceptional patient care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows across various medical specialties including dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, and outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare services in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates with precision Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort Support physicians with clinical tasks such as medication administration, X-ray procedures, vaccinations, EKG and IV Administration. Qualifications medical office experience knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology experience with EHR systems, X-ray equipment, and medication administration protocols Ability to perform vital signs assessment accurately and efficiently in high-pressure situations patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations Arabic or Spanish skills are a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant healthcare environment where your skills will directly impact patient outcomes.
