Job Description:
Join a compassionate, outpatient community healthcare team dedicated to serving the Fredericksburg community. We're seeking an energetic bilingual Medical Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing outstanding patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient check-in/check-out Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and collect payments Maintain patient records and scan documents Support front office operations
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred Minimum 2 years of medical physician office experience required Strong computer and communication skills Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
