Dental Receptionist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and personable Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. No prior dental experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage patient records and insurance information Handle billing and basic administrative tasks Assist the clinical team as needed (including occasional help with X-rays)

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Spanish-speaking is a plus Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday (no weekends)
