Job Description

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and one Saturday a month from 9:00 AM - 3:00
PM Experience:
Not mandatory but desired We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is desired but not mandatory. The Dental Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front office, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors, check them in and out, and schedule appointments Verify insurance coverage and benefits, and assist with billing and payments Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries Maintain patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date Assist with office tasks such as ordering supplies, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is desired but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures is a plus.
