Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
BILINGUAL
(spanish) Dental Receptionist to join our team.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
  • Verify and update patient information in the electronic health records system
  • Process insurance claims and coordinate with insurance providers
  • Assist with billing and payment processing
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
  • Work well with others
  • Proficiency with computers and electronics
  • Familiarity with customer service
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
  • Ability to travel between offices is a must.
