This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can assist patients in a pleasant and courteous manner while thriving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Managing high-volume inbound phone calls throughout the day Providing professional and compassionate customer service Maintaining accurate patient information and records Assisting with general front office coordination
Qualifications:
Previous medical appointment scheduling experience preferred Ophthalmology experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented under pressure Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Compensation will be based on experience.
