Part Time Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.

Schedule:

Part-time (hours vary; must have some weekday availability)

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in patients with a welcoming attitude Answer a high volume of phone calls and assist with scheduling Verify patient information and insurance details accurately Collect payments and review basic financial policies with patients Manage incoming paperwork and maintain organized patient charts Communicate effectively with providers, billing, and team members

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office experience required) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail is a must Prior medical office or front desk experience preferred Insurance verification or prior authorization experience is a plus Why Join Us?
