Orthodontic Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator

We strive in giving the best care to our patients while also providing the best customer service. What you'll do: Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient and family member Guide patients through their orthodontic journey with confidence and enthusiasm Support scheduling, financial conversations, and case acceptance as a Treatment Coordinator Collaborate with our clinical team (chairside experience is a big plus!) Keep our days running smoothly with organization and attention to detail Answering phone calls, verifying insurance coverage and submitting insurance claims, and treatment planning What we're looking for: Orthodontic or dental experience preferred (front desk, TC, or chairside) Qualities/traits we are looking for: a naturally upbeat and positive attitude, energetic, friendly, dependable, has good interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, motivated, organized, and a good team player!
