Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a full-time Front-Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced, fun and progressively booming practice! We are a three-doctor family-owned dental office that has been serving the Hampton Roads community for over 35 years! We value great customer service, quality work, and attention to detail. Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred but not required. Applicant must possess strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and punctuality is a must. A friendly and outgoing personality is needed for this position!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and confirming patients
• Perform administrative tasks such as processing forms, reports, and emails.
• Communicate with patients about their appointments, treatments plans, billing processes, etc...
• Exceptional communication and customer service
• Organization and time management skills
