Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Candidates should be compassionate, able to multi-task, and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information Collect copays and patient balances Schedule appointments and make reminder calls Create messages directed to the appropriate department or individual Handle inquiries in a courteous manner while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Skills Excellent verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping Ability to multi-task in a busy environment Previous experience in front desk, administrative, or clerical roles is beneficial Experience in Athena One medical records is a plus
