We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry and understands the fast-paced environment of a medical spa. Requirements MUST have previous medical spa or spa front desk experience Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience with booking systems, client scheduling, and handling payments Knowledge of skincare, memberships, retail sales, and treatment recommendations preferred Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and client communication Answer calls, texts, and emails promptly Educate clients on services, memberships, packages, and retail products Process payments and maintain accurate client records Support estheticians and daily studio operations Maintain a clean, welcoming, luxury front desk environment Assist with client retention, reviews, and overall client experience About Esme Esthetic Studio Esme Esthetic Studio is a professional Korean medical spa focused on advanced, result-driven treatments while creating a relaxing and elevated client experience.
