About Us:
We are a fast-paced, patient-centered private ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care. We're looking for a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team. We have three physicians and one Physicians Assistant with a lot of growth in our future. We are located in both Auburn and Federal Way, WA. You would be sharing time between the two offices.
Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for our clinic, the Front Desk Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients. This position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately Verify insurance and collect co-pays or payments at check-in Accurately enter patient information into the electronic medical record (EMR), and Practice Management systems Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations Assist patients with forms, referrals, and general questions Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Handle administrative duties such as faxing, scanning, and filing as needed
