$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Front Office Staff - Naturopathic Family Practice (Growth Opportunity) Are you a warm, organized, and detail-oriented professional who loves helping people feel welcome and cared for? Our busy, multi-provider naturopathic family practice is looking for a Front Office Staff member to join our team! About Us Our mission is to provide excellent, high-quality healthcare in a warm and personal environment. We pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships with our patients and supporting whole-person wellness. Our clinic offers a close-knit, friendly, and rewarding work environment where team members are valued and supported. Position Overview As the first point of contact for our clinic, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience. This position offers room for growth and development within the practice for the right candidate, including opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and special projects. Key Responsibilities Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communications Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in the EMR Review patient data for accuracy and completeness Coordinate front office workflow to support providers and patients Work closely with physicians to communicate with patients regarding care, scheduling, and follow-up Collaborate with our insurance biller on patient accounts and insurance-related needs Order medical and office supplies Assist the Clinic Director with special projects and administrative initiatives Open and close clinic, including daily operational tasks Assist with general administrative duties and clinic organization What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to create a safe, pleasant, and effective environment for a diverse patient population Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Strong computer and technical skills (EHR systems, scheduling software, general office technology) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively Excellent work ethic and reliability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-oriented mindset Interest in holistic/naturopathic medicine (preferred but not required) Previous front office or healthcare experience is a plus What We Offer A close-knit, friendly, and supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities Meaningful work helping patients on their health journeys Competitive pay based on experience Paid sick leave If you're passionate about helping others and want to grow with a practice that values both patients and team members, we'd love to hear from you!To Apply:
