What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities As the face of our clinic, your role is crucial to our daily operations and patient flow.

Key duties include:

Patient Coordination:

Efficiently handling incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, scheduling new and existing patient appointments, and managing cancellations.

Financial & Administrative:

Collecting patient payments at the time of service and performing necessary insurance verification and authorization tasks.

Patient Liaison:

Acting as the primary go-between for patients and our clinicians/office manager; collecting new patient intake information and tracking all clinic referrals.

Office Management:

Distributing mail, coordinating evaluations and re-evaluations, sending appointment reminders, and performing light clinic maintenance (e.g., cleaning and laundry).
