We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while managing scheduling, patient communications, insurance verification, and administrative operations. Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service Schedule appointments and manage the daily patient calendar Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient paperwork Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records Coordinate patient flow with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality Support the office team with general administrative duties Qualifications Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment plans, and scheduling software is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and standard office software Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
