We take pride in supporting and helping each member of our staff to provide team-approached dental services. Our team works closely together and there will be room for you to grow within the company. Experience with insurance company websites and previous dental background is necessary.

Responsibilities :

Respond to email and telephone calls; Greet and register patients upon arrival and process departing patients; Present Treatment plans . Address patient inquiries/concerns and follow-up as necessary, including scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals; Maintain patient records, Process and collect payments Maintain a professional appearance of the patient reception area and front office, Other general office administrative activities Maintain office schedule and flow.
