Strong understanding of dental insurance verification processes or willingness to learn. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and our clinical team. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Who are we?
