Job Description

Dental Front Desk Coordinator - Full or Part Time Our growing dental practice is looking for an experienced and personable Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy creating a welcoming patient experience, staying organized in a fast‑paced environment, and being the go‑to administrative support for a clinical team, this role is a great fit. About the Role You'll be the first point of contact for our patients—both in person and over the phone. Experience in a dental or medical office is highly preferred , as the position requires familiarity with scheduling, insurance, and treatment coordination. Key Responsibilities Patient scheduling — manage appointments, confirmations, and daily flow Answering inbound calls — provide excellent customer service and support Insurance verification — confirm eligibility, benefits, and breakdowns Presenting treatment plans — review recommended care and financial expectations with patients Collecting co‑pays and co‑insurance — ensure accurate and timely payments General administrative duties — scanning, faxing, emailing, and maintaining organized records Dentrix experience is a plus What We're Looking For Prior dental front office experience strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfort discussing finances and treatment plans Positive, team‑oriented attitude Reliability and professionalism Schedule & Compensation Full‑time or part‑time options available Competitive pay based on experience If you're enthusiastic about patient care and want to be part of a supportive, friendly dental team, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
