Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, detail oriented, and professional Patient Service Coordinator to join our vibrant, passionate and fun front office team. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office environment, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated healthcare team committed to patient satisfaction and operational excellence. Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently Manage patient records and update information accurately in the system Verify insurance details and process billing inquiries Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service Prepare and organize patient charts and documentation for daily operations Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow Maintain a clean and organized front office environment Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred Knowledge of dental terminology is highly desirable Proven experience in medical administrative support or office administration Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with office software and scheduling systems Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment This role is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to a compassionate healthcare team while developing their administrative skills within the dental field.

$26.74 - $32.20 per hour
