  • an established multi-dentist dental practice.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED. Strong computer skills (Dentrix is a plus). Strong multi-tasking abilities. Friendly, personable, and outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Self-motivated, ability to work well on own and in a team environment. Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details. Great organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently and independently problem solve with reason and logic. 3+ years receptionist and/or office administration experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, confirm appointments, accept and process payments, manage basic patient information in dental managing software, scan/import/export/print electronic documents, maintain front desk and waiting room appearance, provide some administrative staff support, and other duties as assigned
Pay and Benefits:

Shifts and Office Hours:
Morning or afternoon shifts covering 18-25 hours over 3-5 days per week. Monday 7:45 am

  • 5:30 pm. Wednesday 7:45 am
  • 5:30 pm. Thursday 6:45 am
  • 5:30 pm. Friday 7:45 am
  • 5:30 pm.
