Job Description:
We are a well-established specialty dental practice in downtown Seattle's Medical Dental Building on Olive Way. We are looking for an experienced, full-time Lead Front Office professional to join our team. Our office runs Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm. We take pride in our high standards, loyal patient base, and a close-knit, long-tenured team led by a warm and driven dentist committed to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the patient experience end-to-end — from first impression through case acceptance — maintaining composure and professionalism even with demanding or challenging individuals Present financial options during treatment planning and follow up directly with patients on outstanding balances, including outbound collection calls when needed Lead and support the front office team to keep operations running smoothly and morale high Optimize daily scheduling to maximize efficiency, utilization, and care quality
Ideal Candidate:
At least 8 years working in a leadership capacity at a high-volume specialty dental office Comfortable with digital tools and a fully electronic workflow; prior Dentrix use is a bonus A self-starter who spots inefficiencies and takes initiative to raise the bar for patients and colleagues Calm and composed when handling complex or sensitive patient interactions Personable and professional — someone patients trust and gravitate toward when making important decisions Reliable, organized, and follows through without needing reminders

Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Location:
Seattle, WA 98101 — in-person (reliable commute required)
Pay:
$35.00 - $42.00 per hour
